CoreMATE and ProjectMATE are internally developed by SAVEX to accelerate Temenos Transact delivery. They run locally — banking data is not transmitted externally — and have been applied on Transact engagements to reduce cost and effort. SAVEX will develop further tools against the bank’s own requirements and daily pain points.

TRADITIONAL DATA MIGRATION APPROACH
- Preparing a client-specific DM Strategy document is time-consuming and requires significant manual effort
- DMS sheets are typically prepared by hand, adding more manual work before mapping can even begin
- Field-mapping sessions typically start from scratch and require multiple lengthy sessions to finalise the mapping
- Data extraction and transformation can become a lengthy exercise, requiring banks to develop and maintain a large number of scripts — much of this scripting effort has limited value once migration is completed. Together with DM Strategy and field mapping, these stages can consume a significant portion of the overall migration effort
- Banks may need to hire additional technical resources specifically for legacy data extraction, transformation, and migration activities
- As these are critical migration stages, they require extensive manual review, validation, and attention to minimise errors

- AI-Assisted Field Mapping: up to 80% of the mapping effort can be automated, while the remaining activities and final validation remain under expert review
- Automated Transformation: strategy, mapping, extraction, and transformation activities can be streamlined through automation, with reusable transformation logic reducing the need for extensive one-off scripting

Reads field definitions from the Reference Database and turns them into a ready-to-use DMS Excel file, with automatic AA module defaults.
DMS Mapping
Matches legacy fields to T24 fields automatically, with translation support for non-English source data, and builds the final mapping sheet.
File Generator
Takes a mapped DMS sheet and a legacy data file, and produces a real T24 loading file — with lookup or logic-based value translation.
File Screening
Validates a legacy data file against T24's own rules, with optional AA, Association and DMD checks, and a detailed remediation report.
Transact Load File (OFS)
Generates OFS-format load files direct from mapped data.
Error Analysis & Fix
Diagnoses load and screening errors and suggests corrective fixes.
Data Reconciliation
Static extract comparison plus dynamic ad-hoc querying — Quick Functions, a guided query builder, or raw SQL — no SQL knowledge needed.
